# About Modern Projects

Based in Toronto, Modern Projects bridges the gap between your firm and frontier AI technology. We offer product agnostic advisory and implementation to transition your firm into the AI era.

## Our Approach

### 1. Discovery

We scope your organization and workflows to determine where AI can create meaningful value.

### 2. Systems Design

We architect the exact agents and systems you need, and agree on what success looks like before we build.

### 3. Implementation

We build, pilot, and deploy the system inside your business, integrated with your current infrastructure.

### 4. Operate and Improve

We monitor performance and upgrade systems as technology evolves and your business grows.
