About CondoCo
CondoCo is a residential developer in the Greater Toronto Area. This engagement covered the sales of one of its condo towers.
The challenge
50 potential buyers registered for the new condo project each week, and each waited an average of 2.5 days for a first call from a sales rep. By then, many had moved on. The sales team spent much of its time dialling, up to three calls per lead, and conversion fell as leads went cold.
Lead records lived in an Excel spreadsheet that the sales team updated by hand. Managers could not see who had been called, what they said, or who was ready to buy.
What we built
Instant lead response
When a buyer registers, the voice agent calls within minutes. If no one answers, it tries again on a schedule.
AI voice agent
It answers questions about the project, asks about budget, unit type and timing, and books an appointment at the sales centre. It also answers inbound calls.
Lead scoring
Each call is transcribed and summarized, and each lead gets a priority rating, so the sales team calls the best buyers first.
Sales CRM
One place for every lead, call transcript, rating and appointment. It replaced the shared spreadsheet.
Results
Throughout the project, the system made about 5,200 calls, and every registrant heard back within 5 minutes. That gave the sales team back about 350 hours.
