### How do you estimate the value of an opportunity?

From your own numbers: hours per task, how often the task happens, error and rework rates, and the cost of delays. We state every assumption so your finance team can check it.

### How do you remain independent of vendors?

We have no commercial ties to software vendors. We test every recommendation against alternatives on your documents. When no product is ready, we recommend waiting.

### How do you compare AI vendors?

We test each vendor on your documents and workflows. We score accuracy, fit with your systems, data terms, total cost and the vendor's stability. You get a written comparison and a recommendation.
