### What is a deployed AI team?

Our team works inside your firm, on site and in your Teams or Slack channels. One lead from our side reports to a sponsor on your management team. We set up the tools, build the workflows and train your staff.

### How does a rollout work?

First, we assess your teams, systems and recurring work. Then we roll out to one team at a time. After the rollout, we support your staff each month and add new workflows.

### How do you work with each team?

We meet the people who do the work and list their recurring tasks. We pick the tasks where AI saves the most time, build workflows for them and test them on real work. A workflow is done when the team uses it without our help.

### How do you choose and set up the tools?

We compare tools on fit with your systems, the work each team does and cost per seat, and test the shortlist on your documents. Then we connect the tools to your systems, match access to your existing permissions and set up shared prompts and templates for each team.

### How do you train staff?

Hands-on sessions for each team, using their own documents. After the sessions, we hold office hours and answer questions in a shared channel. We track usage and give extra help to people who use the tools less.

### What do you report to management?

Each month: usage by team and workflow, cost per seat, time saved on measured tasks and what we recommend building next.
